Ticket Information

All tickets for Amerant Bank Arena concerts, events and Florida Panthers games are delivered to you electronically as mobile tickets from SeatGeek.com. You can easily view your tickets on your mobile device using the SeatGeek app. Simply display the mobile QR code from the app to be scanned for entry at the doors.

PDF & print-at-home tickets will not be issued for any Amerant Bank Arena events or Florida Panthers games.

To link your account to SeatGeek, please follow these simple steps:

1. Click here to begin setting up your SeatGeek account
2. Click "Register” (next to "Need an account?") to create an account using the same email address on which you are reading this email
3. Click “Connect" when you see your Amerant Bank Arena account beside your SeatGeek account
4. Please enter your payment information under the "Payment Method" section in the Profile tab of Account Manager
5. You’re all set! You can now view and manage your Amerant Bank Arena Event Tickets in your SeatGeek account.

1. Open the SeatGeek app.
2. Tap Tickets in the navigation bar at the bottom
3. Select the ticket group you'd like to send.
4. Tap Send and enter the name, username, email or phone number of the person you are sending tickets to.
5. Click Quantity and select the number of tickets that you want to send. 
6. Tap Send.

1. First, log into your SeatGeek account and head to the Tickets section of your account.
2. Next to each set of tickets, there is a “Sell” option. Select “Sell” and then specify a quantity and asking price. Hit the green “List Tickets” option at the bottom and your tickets will be listed for sale.

SeatGeek will send you an email confirming that you’ve listed your tickets successfully, and a second email once your tickets sell. You can expect your payout to be direct deposited 24 hours after the event takes place. Please note that sales cannot be cancelled, no exceptions, and any tickets sold will be automatically transferred to the buyer’s account immediately.

• 12:00pm until approximately an hour after the event starts, Saturday-Sunday

Hockey Games**

• 12:00pm until approximately a half hour after the game is over, Saturday-Sunday

*Concerts: Sales and Will Call close at the same time. Unclaimed Will Call is moved to Guest Services, located near the Main Entrance doors on the North Side of the building.

**Hockey: Will Call closes at the beginning of the third period and unclaimed Will Call is moved to Guest Services, located near the Main Entrance doors on the North Side of the building.
