This week, we're cooking Roasted Pork Chops with Roasted Apples and Caramelized Onions. Check out the recipe below:


Set for a serving for 4



  • 6oz, 4 each of Center Cut Boneless Pork Chops
  • 3 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 1 TBSP Salt
  • ½ TBSP Pepper
  • 4 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Julianne Jumbo Sweet Onion
  • 4 Red Apples, Peeled and Wedged




  1. Trim any excess fat from pork chops & season with salt, pepper, garlic and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  2. Sauté onions until golden brown in 1 tbsp of olive oil
  3. Add apples and butter and sauté until soft
  4. Set aside
  5. Heat sauté pan with 2 tbsp of oil until heat
  6. Sauté pork chops golden brown on both sides, and finish in 350-degree F oven until internal temperature is 155 degrees F
  7. Garnish with apples and onions
